Well that's true I suppose, because they don't charge for those things on British Airways operated flights. Whereas on flights operated by other companies, but marketed by BA, they do sometimes charge...i.e. Vueling, American Airlines, Finnair etc..

Vuelings flights are always a bit of a grey area....especially when it comes to lounge access.
