Let me answer you what I have posted on TripAdvisor this morning.
I’m sorry that our hotel didn’t meet your expectations. After a number of excellent reviews you always fear about when is the bad one due.

Thank you anyway for posting your feedback and please accept my most sincere apology for any inconvenience caused.

It was of course disappointing to read that our hotel was not to your liking and probably another reason for us to try even harder at pleasing our customer. We shall certainly have a look at the topics you raised.
It seems the reviews and the description of our hotel have left you think that we had a bar and a restaurant, which we don’t. Sadly staying 1 hour in our hotel, didn’t give you the time to enjoy neither your 71sqm room nor the fantastic rooftop swimming pool, the free Tuk Tuk service or the 500m walk to both BTS and MRT.

A full maintenance program is already scheduled this year.
I take this opportunity to thank camsean, RTW1 and NickB for their neutral answers.

I'd like to finish with the fact that posting the photo of a person without her consent is a grave offense. The staff whom you have posted her photo is on top of that pregnant and doesn't want her photo to be on the internet. She'd be glad if you could remove her photo.
