what are the dates? Somebody else can check.

In general, click on reservations, select your city or property, dates, number of people, don't enter any promotional codes or corp codes, and do the search. That will bring up revenue availability, and you want to look for standard room types if you know what they are for that property, but either way ...

At that point, if you click on the top of the page "show Hyatt Gold Passport points" and Gold Passport award rooms show up in the search, that means they are available to be booked at this moment for the type of room that shows up in the results (click on that tab in the results) and for the dates and number of people you searched. (if not, try your search day by day also, there may be different bed types available day by day, etc.)
