If the website gives a room choice and it says "book with HGP points" does that mean there is award availability for that room type? I am wanting to book a deluxe room at the Hyatt Hakone and the book with points button appears for the room I want on the dates I want. However, I don't have enough points in the account yet and I don't want to transfer in UR points until I know I can book the room. When I called the agent couldn't see the availability. I will call back and try again later, but wanted to ask here as well.
