I always let the crew members know if I see it almost run out, out of courtesy towards others. They have always replaced them immediately.

I believe most non-specialist, non-pilot/engineer frontline staffing costs with all of them are substantially lower though, and JL managed to shake off their liabilities during rehab. I'd say LH would be about a more valid comparison, and I have to say, their product (hard product and catering) is better overall in F than BA's.
