I have a 5 1/2 hour layover at IAD in April, arriving at 11:35 in time for lunch. Are there any decent restaurants at the airport for a sit down meal to kill some time?? Or should I just use the lounge available for travel in business class on South African, the Lufthansa Lounge I believe I can use.
