I always found staff at YVR nice and professional, so I'm surprised you're reporting that experience. The airport and the view from the lounge is beautiful by the way.

Regarding aircraft I hope they'll send 787 or 777 but that's just a dream I think, we'll still have to stick to old 747s for long IMO.
