You should expect that you will have to register your SIM. TrueMove H takes a photo of your passport picture page and then associates that your your SIM (IMSI), number/account. Most tourist SIMs have limited expiry, ~ 90 days max., so that they can be quickly recycled.
Sorry, my question was more "is this the only ones the TrueMoveH kiosk is offering at the airport now?" - there has always been a "free sim" option on the side which was always a better deal than the ones they "recommended" you buy. It seems with the new registry requirement, those grab and go free sims are a thing of the past.
