Geez, these airline websites are horrible! I had to deal with United's couple nights ago when I was booking a low-fare Hawaii ticket and it felt like the site was from 1999! Stuff was broken, seat selection didn't work on 2 out of the 4 flights.
I really appreciate Delta and AA for their slick sites. Delta's more than AA's.
As long as your itinerary is ticketed, I wouldn't ask to much


If you ask, they will definitely take the miles.
