Thanks. I'm on Twitter with them now trying to get the seat selection worked out. It was working, but now says,

"We are sorry, but it is temporarily not possible to show the seat map. Please try again later!"

After we get this sorted out I'll ask them about the miles being deducted and why there hasn't been a charge yet to the card.

Geez, these airline websites are horrible! I had to deal with United's couple nights ago when I was booking a low-fare Hawaii ticket and it felt like the site was from 1999! Stuff was broken, seat selection didn't work on 2 out of the 4 flights.

I really appreciate Delta and AA for their slick sites. Delta's more than AA's.
