Nope! Is your itinerary ticketed?

Did an upgrade once, when they 'forget' to deduct the miles from my account. The cc went through though. If your ticket is normal, you have a chance. At least for the miles part. It could be that (because of the money that is involved) they will find out and do it later. If your ticket is not given out yet, you should call because then something went wrong. You might end up losing the availability for that flight if you wait to long.
