I honestly think they've improved the buggy service in the last year or so. In our 10 days there over Xmas & New Years just gone they all arrived within 10 minutes (usually within 5 minutes) and we used them several times a day. And this was when the resort had over 95%, and in some cases, 100% occupancy.
