Carpacchio, a very warm welcome to FT and the A3 forum.

There will be greater experts than me, but SKG is a very small airport where short transit times are possible. However, there is a major issue in that you will be bussed both from and back to the aircraft - and, from memory, will have to clear security. If you're in Business Class you'll get a separate bus which will save you a few minutes, but if in Economy you'll be on a second or even third bus.

Personally I wouldn't want to chance 45 minutes. If you're on separate tickets, I would consider a much later flight. If you're able to leave plenty of time, Salonica is a wonderful city to visit - a taxi will take about 20-30 minutes into the centre.
