WOW! Even as a 1K, you are offered the same as my friend with just SILVER Status! My freind flew on UA200 from GUAM to HNL and was in economy. The ENTIRE plane did not have entertainment.
My friend, who also felt insulted, emailed beck to customer service TWICE, only to fall on deaf ears.
