I was a late bloomer. I was 33 years old at the time. I'm 37 now.

Today, I use Cathay for some incredible mile runs through HKG. Just JFK-HKG alone is = 8067 x 4 + 5000 on line bonus = 37268 and 16134 qualifies for elite status. Some lowfare H tickets can be purchased on their website, but not too many are available (their Deal of the Month does not qualify for any miles or on-line bonus). On-Line bonus is good for 1st time purchase, but if you read the fine print, if you did an online purchase *before* 12/31/02, then it goes on and on and on until 6/30/03. Service is A+

37268 x 2 = 74536, of course. :-) Costs a bit more, but the FAs are mint.
