I really do blame BA for poor training or don't care about staff quality.

While switching FFP, I don't have any status on my boarding pass, other airlines' boarding agent would ask if I have another FFP card. On another occasion my mother (who doesn't have any status in OW) was traveling with me, we were in the priority lane, a boarding agent look at her boarding pass and asked if she is traveling with someone, the agent then checked my status before stamping both boarding passes.

Of course not all BA boarding agents are rude, but BA does has some of the rudest boarding agents I have ever come across.
