I had a long post ready to go, but I deleted it. All I'm going to say is: if you expect Sofitel, MGallery, or Pullman quality, book a Sofitel, MGallery, or Pullman hotel. The fact that every room is supposed to have a kitchen would have been my first hint that it was a short term residential hotel and not a luxury full service property.
