I fly on a CR2 about once a week and I'd say on approximately 10-15% of my flights they ask for one person in the first 4 rows to move to the back of the plane. So there is a chance this could happen but I think it's unlikely they would force a specific passenger or seat to move. There are times I have volunteered to move, but I would push back if I had a short layover.
