Question... Does this show anywhere on your account that you are registered? My partner and I both flew LAS-SEA last week. Bonus miles posted for me, but not for him. I am SURE that I registered both of us for this promo. Just went in and registered again, and again, and again. Nowhere can I find where it shows that you are already registered.

And finally, If I email them, do you think they will add the bonus miles to his account? If so, who should I email?
