Did ask on-line when the points would post and got the 90 days answer with no mention of them having to be registered.
Mind you the replies I have been getting from Amex on-line have been very variable (ie incorrect) and it usualy takes a couple of replies etc to finally get the correct response.
Update:
Finally got the points for the Supp cards, after a wait of about 60 days ^
Good timing as my bill was due very soon.
So
I've quickly transfered out the points,
Closed the card, got a 74% pro rata refund
Summary
Got 100,000 MR points from referals from Mrs B and the supp promo ^^
Cost
Profit : £80 due to Travel promo and refund. ^^
Now wait 6/7 months and repeat.
