Can you clarify your statement regarding 8 segments? How does that apply to Platinums via Centurion?
This is the Centurion thread. Nothing to do with Platinum Amex. But for Delta you get comped to Platinum (lite) status. Or full Platinum status after the 8 segments.
Also, I am not sure if any answered the question as to whether you need 2 Hilton Stays to get Diamond as Centurion.
It was originally the case that you got Hilton Diamond after two stays, but I'm not sure if that is still true. I do more than 2 stays each year and am automatically renewed to Diamond status each year. So for sure once you have Diamond you don't need to do the two stays at the start of the year to keep Diamond.
