No, it is not a hoax. Was she stupid for uploading the video? Yes, and she (or her family member who is a staff member) will certainly be pulled in for tea and a chat.
But there are occasions where the only way for staff or their families to get somewhere is to jumpseat it.
'Pulled in for tea and a chat', I feel sorry for her. It's not a applauded act but defineately doesn't deserved a disciplinary action.
I do not encourage their families be placed in the cockpit, staff is definitely fine.
