i have an "I" business class award booking YVR-LHR-CPH-LPI. the LH is on AC then SK for the two SH.
No problem choosing a seat on the AC website but AC only give the PNR for their flight. so had to call and wait to ask them for the SK PNR. Couldn't do anything on the flysas.com website in MMB. could only view the flight info.
i had to call SK to get seats. No prob getting 2F on the LHR-CPH leg.
Here's where the problem starts. The agent on the SK line gave me 17A. i told her that that's the last row on the ATR72 aircraft. She told me that this is business class and economy class is further back and just wouldn't listen when i told her that there weren't any seat farther back! I know this aircraft does not even have a business class but i would have thought that having an SAS PLUS ticket would have entitled one to get a seat up front as it did on the LHR-CPH leg.
I could see that she was in over her head so i thanked her for her help and hung up to call again. But before i do, does anyone here have any idea of what's going on and how to approach this? I'd really like to sit as far forward as possible.
