As far as getting the jump seat. She's obviously staff so I don't see the problem with that. Staff are the only ones allowed to get JMP seat.

I've seen this on a recent BA flight I took from BRU-LHR. Staff got jump seat and her child sitting in the back. No big deal for me.
Whatever she filmed was ok - however, it was not ok for her to have uploaded the video. That was stupidity on her part.

I was on a KLM flight a few years ago, where there were only two confirmed passengers from Oslo to Amsterdam. Me being one of them. It was just after that treacherous snow storm to hit northern europe... the Captain came to greet each one of us and said that he is going to invite one of us for take off and the other for landing - in the cockpit. I filmed the landing but I did not post it anywhere. Basically jurisdiction lies with the Captain.
