Yes ICN stop-over allowed however it seems its about as scarce as QF space if one wants premium cabins. Plus all the blackout dates
Had ICN award space lined up Ex-FUK back stateside in J. Instead went with EK ex-ICN.

So KE does appear closer in, just make sure its combined on a RT basis.
