I was sitting with their head of marketing the other day at a workshop for the new terminal and complained to him about how EK has around 15,000 hours of programming and they have a rusty old video store out the back of my local corner shop

At least he agreed and said they are looking at it but apparently EK spent a LOT of money on their system

I pointed out that I'm spending a LOT on tickets for his airline...
