booked some us air metal flights on aa.com in O class a return originating in rome like $650, what a deal. mid march returning to rome early june

I have air berlin gold (ow saph). I put that in so i can pick the best seats, and i heard i can possibly get an upgrade on us metal being ow saph.

Will I receive 100% of the flown miles (~9500 miles return) due to it being exclusively on US air metal? or would I get only 25% bc I booked via AA.com.

air berlin notes 100% for O class on US air but 25% for O on AA.

Sorry if this has been written elsewhere.

Is there a better play than this?
