Are passengers allowed to sit in the cock pit for the entire flight not to mention film landing!

Could this be a hoax? I cant say I would be too happy as a passenger knowing random passengers are being allowed to sit in the cockpit. Yes even a very pretty petite young woman. It smacks of sexist behaviour from the pilots too
