I think it adds up just fine. Passenger with finely honed sense of entitlement is demanding Air Canada replace her jeans and older phone with a new model because someone tripped and spilled on her. She is attempting without proof to accuse Air Canada of over serving the passenger and sprang up here to seek moral support for compensation.
Subsequent posts suggest that her plan hasn't worked out as planned.
