I had the same thing yesterday - flying to mex 3rd April so requested 2 slots (for me and travel partner) reply yesterday was i was too early and they can only take bookings requests 28 days in advance. Put note in diary to contact them on friday instead. (why they cant manage a whole calendar month i dont know!)
