Try calling back in 2 days time by which point they may have actually opened the availability.
The e mail specifically says there are no appointments available for the time slots appropriate to my departure not that it is too early to book.
I have had several of these in the past and know that I am not missing much. it also mentions 2 walk up slots available so maybe it's been enhanced down from 4!
