E mailed you first to request 2 facial appointments at the Elemis spa 30 days pre a First redemption flight ( this is the earliest it can be requested) received an e mail back saying no appointments available. maybe this is a further enhancement minimise the number of therapists available - not really a big deal but just another example of BA advertising benefits that are not really available.
I have not bothered to e mail back asking them to check the B gates spa availability guess I have lost interest really
