When an overzealous FA popped open a bottle of champagne and got it on me, I was thinking "wooooo party flight!". Never occurred to me to complain.

Now, had it destroyed my phone, I would have been annoyed.

Anyway, either AC needs to compensate you, or provide passenger information so you can go after him. I don't really see any reasonable third option.
