Cubana direct, or Aeromexico detour?
I have a choice for Nov 2015 : Havana to Cancun with Cubana, fairly expensive but only 1.5 hours , or a 6 hour route with Aeromexico Havana to Mex City and back to Cancun. It may seem obvious...but I have flown AM 3 times in the last month and liked them, and am dubious about Cubana safety-wise. It should be an A320, but I've had those changed elsewhere to an old Russian jobby.
Any view from the FT experts would be much appreciated.
