It's not been mine. My experience has been that not only did they not honor the R space upgrades on irrops, they didn't honor a paid business ticket either. They instead treated it like they were doing me a favor by getting me a seat at all.

Despite their being a $1300 dollar difference between the business ticket and the economy priced ticket on the day of purchase, United refunded less than $200 and said that all that matters is what the full walk up Y fare is that the airport on the day.
