OP, were you paying off the same CC you used to load the REDcard when you were doing your BPs, or was it a different CC?
There have been almost no reports of people getting shut downs on Serve or BB when loading the full allowable amounts each month so it seems a little strange that they would have an issue with this. The biggest difference between these products is you can't load BB directly with CC and the only Serve shutdowns I've seen reported seem to be correlated to using BP to pay off the same CC they have linked to the account for online loading in the same amount they loaded for the month. Which is the same thing that seems to be going on here.
