I confirmed this is an IT glitch of sorts, as the IT team should not have used the VIP designation on the new site, when referring to both Exec and EE statuses. It is, in fact, a placeholder for "rentals/days to-go" until achieving the next Emerald Club tier (not including actual VIP).
Ironically, they used to have that actually working correctly (at least sorta, if you were past the EE qualification point, it would show a negative number until you qualified for EE).
