I'm aware. But I am currently scheduled to stay at this property several more times in the upcoming months. Based on internet alone I will likely have to change... I just want to know what the excuse is going to be from management.
The point chasing that goes on is a little ridiculous. So far my spreadsheet shows...
-Missing double play points (already sent you an email about this on Monday, 2/23 and Friday, 2/27... still waiting on outcome)
-0 for 3 bonus points for stays booked via app
