A follow-up to booking on the web:

How do I determine or specify that my LATITUDE fare is booked in "M" class, rather than A or U? (for example)

Is that possible? The travel arrangers I'm dealing with (who have to do our web bookings -- company policy) don't seem to know how to specify a particular fare when they're using the web terminology "Latitude" or "Econo" for ex.
