Has there been anything definitive about those tickets that were not ticketed because 'the fare was pulled'? Will they be able to re-instate them on Monday, or can they do it now? Do they need a waiver from BA for each ticket? Because the itinerary is no longer showing under 'My Trips', will I have to fax them a copy of my confirmation screen printout?
