Cannot use return leg of 241 flights...
Hello
Unfortunately, dueto change of personal plans, We cannot fly on return leg SIN-LHR flights booked for 241 Amex vouchers in Club ... The flights are this Saturday... Grrrr

understand that the miles cannot be returned and we cannot change the flights to a later date (???) after we flew outbound leg last summer....

what is the best way to cancel the tickets and maybe save tax money???
