Premium economy = YMMV, IMHO. Some love it, and find it a real benefit over normal economy (I know someone for whom it makes a good - ish night's sleep). Me? I get all the same problems, with extra legroom (though a leg-rest can help me a little, on products that have it). The cabins are often small, and often sell for quite a significant premium over economy.
