As I posted earlier I think it is a quite brilliant revenue raising move by BA. Many people on here moan and say "right that is it, I'm moving to another program" ....but in reality most don't and never will.
Why not? There are loads of competitors. BA doesn't exist in a vacuum. Very few of us use BA exclusively to start with.
What would it take for you to start avoiding BA?
