I'm hoping that this is a feature that goes the way of the ABS; premium option when it came out, standard equipment now.
Right now, the only EAN vehicles that I know that have a dedicated mobile hotspot built in are the 2015 Tahoe/Suburban LTZ, 2015 Escalade, 2014-2015 Jeep GC Limited, 2015 300c, 2015 200c (the one with the 8.4in display) and the 2014-2015 Durango.

All of them offer a free trial to new owners, but since they are rental vehicles most of them are deactivated once they hit the fleet. Both ONStar and Uconnect offer a day pass. Onstar is $5/day for 250MB and $20/day for 1GB of 4G LTE data. Uconnect is $10/day for 1GB of 3G data. Uconnect requires that you setup an account with their Uconnect Access program first.

National and Alamo do offer a 4G LTE hotspot with included navigation for $17.99/day with unlimited data which is why they deactivate the trials whenever possible.
