Just another data point, I also was in a similar situation. Booked a ticket the evening of 2/27. Woke up on 2/28 and it still had not ticketed. Finally got through to reservations at 3:00 pm CT and got the ticket issue resolved. Then had to call back once reticketed and got SWU applied at 5:00 pm CT. Got a new ticketing confirmation at 8:00 pm CT with SWU applied. The next day when I checked the refreshed SWU balance the 2 I had left from 2015 showed as expired. Checked back today and they moved from expired status to used.
