I'm new with mileage programs, but I hope to reach gold status this year.

So the goal is to rack up 50,000 PP (25,000 on ANA operated flights) and I'm wondering which one of these 3 options is best for my upcoming trip.

Option 1 (ANA):
HND-DUS-TXL S class (50% miles and PP) 160,000 JPY

Option 2 (TK)
HND-IST-TXL Y class (100% miles and PP) 130,000 JPY

Option 3 (TK)
HND-KIX-IST-TXL Y class (100% miles and PP) 130,000 JPY
(HND-KIX operated by ANA)


Will option 3 give me 400*3=1200 extra boarding points?
Will a one way flight between, for example, LHR-MUC on Lufthansa in Y,B or M class earn the 400 boarding points as well?
