This was at The Lexington Hotel in NYC. And I've stayed there 3 times already this year.
If it was a fault of the alarm or computer system, I'd expect some points in my MR account. If it was some kid playing with the alarm system or a guest "burning the evidence" in his room, nothing much the hotel can do about that.
