Currently, DL.com is showing the ability to upgrade flights for 0 miles. Once flights are selected and the upgrade with cash or miles page is displayed, the miles required appear to be zero on every flight at the moment. It processes you into the premium cabin, however unfortunately when once you get to payment page it corrects the fare to show what it would be to purchase the premium ticket to begin with. Oh well, almost struck gold...
