I had booked a KE return flight from SEA-ICN for next week for two passengers in the same PNR. As it turns out, my partner won't be able to get the time off work, so I had to cancel her portion of the ticket.
I used the AS website to cancel her reservation, but it errored out at the last step.
When I went back to the reservation, her name was off it, but the miles haven't been deposited back yet.
Anyone know how long AS takes to credit miles from a canceled partner award?
