Looks like a done deal, however one should not underestimate that one of LH's main strategies to sweeten certain deals is a rather primative threat.

'If you do not comply with our wishes, we do it ourselves and let somebody else do it.'

The somebody else is usually another handling agent or one of the other LH slave feeder airlines.

I just fear more and more consolidation has killed almost all of them and threatening OS with the nice folks from Tyrolia is not an option anymore.
